Important Notes
- This Event offers different levels of challenges and all participants are advised to have adequate preparations and trainings.
- 2 to 4 members in each team.
- There must be at least one man and one woman in a Mixed Team of all Courses.
- Participants must be aged 18 or above on event day.
- Each applicant can only enroll in ONE course and ONE category.
- Team Amendment:
Teams will be charged HK$200 for each amendment (including changes of course or category or change/add team members) after application deadline.
Teams are not allowed to change course after 31 August 2008 (Sunday).
Teams are not allowed to change category, to add or change team member after 4 October 2008 (Saturday).
- All successful applications must be submitted with all required documents and fees (Please refer to Application Method) by post on or before 6 August 2008 (Postmarked). Application is on a first-come-first-served basis.
- An Acknowledgment E-mail will be sent within 14 days after the submission of application. Otherwise, please contact the Organizer at the Event Hotline 8101 4622.
- Teams are encouraged to compete for the Outstanding Fundraising Award by keep raising fund upon successful application. The extra donations raised and the donation forms can be sent to RIHK on or before 26 October 2008.
- Application fee and donations are non-refundable once application is accepted.
- The Organizer reserves the rights to accept, reject or disqualify any application.
- In case of poor weather, announcements on the latest arrangements for the Event will be made via Event Website http://www.raleigh.org.hk/wilsontrail.
- The Organizer reserves the rights to cancel the Event for safety considerations. Under such circumstances, all application fee and donations are non-refundable.
- The Organizer reserves the rights to amend and interpret all the terms and conditions.
- Successful applicants must attend the Participant Briefing. Details will be announced through Event E-mail and Event Website.

Application Method
By Post:
- Please post the completed application form# to RIHK on or before 6 August 2008 (Postmarked).
- Please post application fee (crossed cheque or original copy of bank-in slip), minimum fundraising amount (crossed cheque or original copy of bank-in slip), a separate HK$200 crossed cheque for the Electronic Record Card deposit, declaration, full-time student ID card copy (For Full-time student only) and proof of outstanding performance in other hiking events (For Elite team only) to RIHK on or before 6 August 2008 (Postmarked). Please mark on the envelope with “RCWT 2008 – Application by Post”.
- Please post or fax the completed donation form to RIHK on or before 26 October 2008 (Postmarked).

Application Acceptance:
“Acknowledgement E-mail” – It will be sent to all team members within 14 days after the submission of the application form via online or by post.
“Application Confirmation E-mail” – After the submission of the required items for successful application listed above, if the application is accepted by the Organizer, the “Application Confirmation E-mail” will be sent to all team members within 14 days and the application procedures are completed.
