Fundraising Purpose
The fund raised by Raleigh Challenge - Wilson Trail will be used in the following ways:
Local Voluntary Services
Organize and participate in local community services such as Reef Check and Marine Park Cleanup organized by Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department, adventure weekends for deprived youth, city orienteering activities, “City Chaser” for low-income families, renovation of village schools, volunteers for Matilda Sedan Chair, etc.
Overseas Voluntary Services
Venturers from Hong Kong will take part in 4- to 10-week overseas voluntary services and adventure projects. Through completing sustainable projects in remote areas with participants from different countries, races and backgrounds under limited resources and time, the venturers have the opportunities to explore the world as well as themselves.
Servicing regions include:
- Remote villages in mainland China: Lingnan, Gong Shan, Sichuan
- Overseas: Costa Rica, Nicaragua, India, Malaysia (Sabah)
Projects include:
- Community
- Environmental Conservation & Scientific Researches
- Adventure Projects

Outstanding Fundraising Award
There will be Outstanding Fundraising Gold, Silver and Bronze Awards. Souvenirs will be awarded to those teams who meet an average fund raising amount per member as listed below:

Outstanding Fundraising Awards will be presented to those team which meet the above funding raising amount on or before 26 October 2008 (Postmarked). Prize presentation details will be announced via E-mail individually.
