Payment Method (Application Fee and Donation)

1. By Cheque:

Please send a crossed cheque payable to “The Raleigh International (Hong Kong) Limited”.

2. Bank Transfer (Not applicable to Electronic Record Card Deposit):

Please deposit into the Organizer’s bank account - HSBC: 502-002322-004. Post the original copy of bank-in slips to RIHK. If apply by post, please post the bank-in slips together with the application form.

If the bank-in slip is faxed to RIHK, the original copy must be handed in during Participant Briefing Session.

3. Electronic Record Card Deposit:

Electronic Record Cards (ERC) will be used as a registration device at each check point in the Event. Each team must submit a separate HK$200 crossed cheque as the Electronic Record Card Deposit, Thus, regardless of application method, please post the Deposit to RIHK. Otherwise the application is considered incomplete.

The deposit cheque will be returned upon the return of the ERC.

4. Application by Post: Please mark your team name, team leader’s name and the contact number at the back of the original copy of bank-in slips and crossed cheques. Post them together with the application form to RIHK.

All teams please keep photocopies of all forms, cheques and bank-in slips for verification purpose.

5. Only crossed cheques are accepted. Please do not mail cash or post-dated cheques.
