Arrangements for those unavailable to attend the Participant Briefing

Participant Briefing was successfully held on 31 August 2008. If your team still have not collected the team kit, including your Participant Handbooks and Participant T-shirts, please collect your team kit at the following time slot and location:

Date:     On or before 6 September 2008 (Saturday)
Time:    10 am – 5 pm
Venue:   Raleigh International Hong Kong Office
Address: G/F, Block J, Ming Wah Dai Ha, No.7, A Kung Ngam Road, Shaukeiwan, Hong Kong. (Shaukeiwan MTR Exit B1)

If you are not available to collect your team kit personally, please authorize a representative by filling in the attached Authorization Letter, which can be downloaded in the Download Area of the Event Website as well.

To facilitating the collection of the team kit, please give us a call at 8208 6026 before going to our office.

 

Special Arrangements for the route affected by landslides

The route between WC044 to WC047 is blocked by landslides. For the sake of participant’s safety, please pay attention to the special arrangement to reach Check Point 4 (Shatin Pass). All participants must follow the new arrangement of the Organizer. Please kindly visit our Event Website for the details of the special arrangements after 7 September 2008.  Related documents and information can be downloaded from the Website as well.  We strongly recommend participants to practice and get familiar with the new route before the Event Day.
